Ethically sourced natural crystals and gemstones, minimalist design, timeless style, precious metals. Every piece is made to order just for you. If you have a special request or a question please send me a message. Any design you find in my shop may be customized with your choice of stone or metal.
Please note that some photos are enlarged in order to show detail. Please refer to dimensions listed in the descriptions for correct sizing.
To reduce packaging waste, multiple pieces are packaged into a single gift box and envelope when possible. If you'd like each piece packaged separately, please leave a note at checkout.

Orders within Canada:
Most orders within Canada ship free of charge with Canada Post.
Free shipping is not tracked but you have the option to add tracking at
checkout. Estimated delivery time: 5-12 business days.
HST/GST included in prices. Provincial Tax where applicable is added at checkout.
Orders to The United States:
All orders to the USA ship with tracking via Canada Post. Estimated delivery time: 5-15 business days.

Orders to Australia, New Zealand, Japan:
Please note that Small Packet International Air delivery service DOES NOT have tracking, but you have the option to upgrade shipping at checkout. Estimated delivery time: 6-15 bisiness days. Tax included at checkout.

PROCESSING TIMES
Current processing times can be found in the shop announcement or individual listings. If you need a piece made faster, send me a message to verify if this is possible (additional fees may apply).
Please reach out ahead of time if you’d like a custom piece - these orders typically take longer and may have additional costs depending on the availability of materials. Let me know what you’re looking for and I will be happy to work with you to create something beautiful!
SIZING + FIT
Necklaces are available in a variety of lengths from 14 inches (35cm) to 18 inches (45cm). A size guide and example photos can be found in individual listings. Please note that sizing and fit can vary depending on body shape and size, if you’re unsure what length to purchase then it’s always best to measure!
Every piece is made to order and I am happy to make an in-between or custom size if preferred. Just leave me a note with your preference.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
All orders are shipped with Canada Post. Please be aware that many postal services are experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and that delivery times are estimates not guarantees.
CANADA: Most orders within Canada ship free of charge with Canada Post. Free shipping is not tracked but you have the option to add tracking at
checkout. Delivery takes approx. 2-15 business days.
USA: Tracked shipping with Canada Post. Delivery takes approx. 5-15 business days.
If you need your item faster, tracked and express shipping upgrades are available for orders within Canada.
CANCELLATIONS + ORDER ISSUES
Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your order details. Once your items have been made/shipped, I will no longer be able to update or cancel your order.
If there are any issues with your order, please contact me within 5 days of delivery and I will do my best to resolve them. Try to include a description and photo of the problem if possible - this helps me to better understand how I can help!
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS
I’m happy to accept a return or exchange for up to 30 days after delivery. Please contact me to get this process started - items must be sent back to my return address in Canada and I cannot accept unauthorized returns.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and will receive a refund minus the original delivery. All refunds can only be processed after I receive the items back.
Items must arrive undamaged and in their original condition. Please ensure that your order is packed safely for shipping, and include the original packaging if possible. Items damaged during return shipping will not eligible for a return or exchange.
ITEMS RETURNED DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double check your address when ordering. If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect/insufficient address or unpaid customs fees then either the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs or I can refund the order minus the original shipping.
JEWELRY CARE TIPS
Stones for Body and Soul pieces are delicate and should be handled carefully to ensure that your jewelry lasts. Pulling or tugging may cause damage, so avoid wearing your jewelry when sleeping, exercising, or showering. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals and beauty products (such as lotions, perfumes, and hairsprays) - these can get trapped in-between the wire and the gemstones causing tarnishing.
Wipe down your jewelry after each wear with a soft polishing cloth. Avoid getting the gemstones wet - some gemstones can crack or fade with prolonged exposure to water.
METALS + GEMS
Stones for Body and Soul jewelry pieces are made using high quality 925 sterling silver or 14k gold filled wire, chain, and findings. Gold filled jewelry is made by bonding a thick layer of gold to a brass core - it is longer lasting than gold plated and is a great alternative to solid gold jewelry.
I source all gemstones from reputable Canadian suppliers committed to ethical practices and I select only real and genuine stones.
Each gemstone is unique and there may be slight variations in the shape, size, or colour of the stone. Let me know if you have a preference or request and I will do my best to accommodate wherever possible.
